The Vanderburgh County Rezoning Board
met in session at 7:35 p.m. this 16th day of July, 2001, in
Room 307 of the Civic Center Complex with President Mosby presiding.
President Mosby: I would like to call
to order the Rezoning meeting of the Board of Commissioners of Vanderburgh
County for July 16, 2001.
President Mosby: Approval of the minutes
of the previous meeting.
Commissioner Fanello: So moved.
Commissioner Mourdock: I move approval.
Commissioner Fanello: Second.
President Mosby: I have a motion and
a second. So ordered.

President Mosby: First reading, we
have one first reading VC-11-2001, petitioner Daylight Properties LLC,
P.O. Box 72, Evansville, Indiana. Request Agricultural to M-2 with use
and development commitment.
Commissioner Mourdock: On first reading
