The proceedings and determinations of the board shall be recorded in a book to be kept for that purpose, and all books, accounts, vouchers, papers and documents, touching the business or property of the county, shall be carefully kept by the auditor.

Available Rezoning Board Audio Minutes To help bring county government to its citizens, the Vanderburgh County Auditor's Office makes audio versions of the County Rezoning meetings available via the Internet. The meetings are archived and available via the menu below. You can also view typed, verbatim minutes of the meetings by clicking the appropriate link on the left. You need to have the Windows Media Player properly installed and configured on your computer in order to listen to the audio files. The Windows Media Player is available free from Microsoft. The download and installation usually takes, on a speedy Internet connection, approximately 15 minutes or so.
