The main entrance is at the intersection of the Main Street Walkway and Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. There is one hour parking available in the front of the Civic Center and directly across from the Civic Center off M.L. King Jr. Blvd. There is also one hour parking along Locust St. and SE 9th St. The back parking lot has entrances from Walnut St., SE 9th St. at Locust St., and Main St. (behind the Civic Center).
