Select from the menu the minutes you are currently interested in downloading. Use the scrollbar (1) to navigate up and down the menu structure. The Commission, Council, Rezoning, and Drainage Board minutes are listed under their own tab (2). Use the arrows in the upper right corner of the menu (3) to scroll through the tabs.
Click on the tab of your choice and then click the
to expand the folders. Choose the year, the month, and then the meeting desired to begin the download process. Click the 
to close the folders. Files differ in size, and type, therefore, download times will vary. To request earlier Commission, Drainage or Rezoning minutes send an e-mail to Madelyn Grayson. To request earlier County Council minutes, send an e-mail to Teri Lukeman.
