NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Regular Appropriation Meetings of the Vanderburgh County Council will be held the FIRST Wednesday of each month in Room 301 of the Civic Center Complex at 3:30 PM in February, March, April, May, June, July and December of 2016 and at 8:30 AM in August, September October and November in 2016.
Further, the Personnel and Finance Meetings of the Vanderburgh County Council will be held at 3:30 p.m. the last Wednesday of each month in Room 301 of the Civic Center Complex with the exception of the months of August, September, October and November when the Council will suspend personnel and finance meetings. Please note that the August and September meetings have been cancelled. Another exception is the December Meeting which will be held on December 14, 2016 at 3:30 p.m. All meetings will be held in Room 301 of the Civic Center Complex, 1 NW MLK, Jr. Blvd.

Vanderburgh County 2017 Budget Hearings will be held in Room 301 of the Civic Center Complex on August 2 (which includes review of property tax levy limits and estimated reductions due to Circuit Breakers for each taxing unit) and 3, 2016 at 9:00 a.m. and on September 14, 2016 (includes Airport & Solid Waste public hearing) at 9:00 a.m. The County Budget Adoption meeting will be held October 5, 2016 (includes adoption of County, Airport & Solid Waste budgets) at 9:00 a.m. in Room 301 of the Civic Center Complex.
Budget Reviews for Civil Taxing Units (both Binding and Non-Binding) and Trustees that was to be held on September 7, 2016 at 9:30 a.m. in Room 301 has been canceled.
There will be a joint City/ County Budget Hearing on August 17, 2016 in Room 301 of the Civic Center Complex at 3:30 PM.
