President Winnecke: Would you please stand and join me in the Pledge of Allegiance?

(Pledge of Allegiance was given)

Councilmember Sutton: Did Vectren send a memo and we can’t get lights on – concerning about the utility bills around here?

ORDINANCE TO APPROVE THE ISSUANCE OF BONDS BY THE VANDERBURGH COUNTY REDEVELOPMENT DISTRICT

Councilmember Raben: The purpose of this meeting is to approve an ordinance to pledge COIT money for the refinance of redevelopment bonds to pay for Azteca. The memo I think you have before you outlines the significant savings to the county of over $100,000 and amends the term of the bond, shortens it by one year. At this time I would entertain a motion for this to be the first and only reading of this resolution – ordinance, rather.

Councilmember Sutton: So moved.

Councilmember Abell: Second.

President Winnecke: There is a motion and a second. Questions or discussion? Roll call vote. And this will be the final reading also, not just the only but the final.
