The Vanderburgh County Council held a special meeting on November 26, 2003 in room 301 of the Civic Center Complex. The meeting was called to order at 3:28 p.m. by County Council President Jim Raben.

ORDINANCE BY COUNTY COUNCIL AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT (MULTI-HOUSING) REVENUE BONDS BY VANDERBURGH COUNTY, INDIANA/ARBORS AT EASTLAND L.P. |
President Raben: Okay, thank you very much. The purpose of this meeting today is to vote on an ordinance by the Vanderburgh County Council authorizing the issuance of economic development revenue bonds by Vanderburgh County on behalf of Arbors at Eastland, L.P. Rob Schaefer from the Department of Metropolitan Development is in the audience today. Rob, if you would state your name for the record.
Rob Schaefer: Yeah, Rob Schaefer, DMD. The Sterling group would like to request that we table this until December 5th.
President Raben: December 3rd?
Rob Schaefer: December 3rd, I’m sorry.
President Raben: Okay. Well, we can do that.
Rob Schaefer: Thank you.
