Third Addenum to SMG Management Agreement: The Centre

County Attorney, Ted C. Ziemer, Jr., reported to the Commissioners that the current SMG management agreement is due to expire on December 31, 2010. On June1, 2010 the Commissioners approved a second addendum to the SMG management agreement reducing the notification period from 180 days (July 1, 2010) to 90 days (October 1, 2010). In order to allow Harding and Shymanski sufficient time to complete the 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009 financial reviews of the Centre, it was recommended that the Commissioners consider a third addendum to the SMG management agreement reducing the notification period from 180 days (October 1, 2010) to 30 days (December 1, 2010). Todd Denk of SMG assured the Commissioners that the completion of these financial reviews is priority one for SMG.

Commissioner Winnecke made the motion to approve the third addendum to the SMG management agreement. Commissioner Melcher seconded the motion. The motion passed 2-0.

The meeting was adjourned at 2:20 p.m.
