The Auditor literally keeps the books for county government. It is the Auditor's goal that this information be timely, accurate, and easily accessible to the public.

To the left you will find links to the various Bookkeeping functions the Auditor's Office performs on a daily basis.


NOTE TO VISITOR: FORM 17, FORM 101, & W9 SUBSTITUTE FORM and other forms can be found by clicking on the Forms link in the top left navigation bar. You must have Adobe Reader to use these forms.

In order to view the Blueclaim (Form 17),the Mileage Claim (Form 101), or W9 Substitute Form (New Vendor) you must first have the Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. A link is provided below to access the reader, at no cost, via download.  Once installed, you will be able to view and print any PDF file currently posted on our site.

Instructions:  Using your mouse or the TAB key, navigate through the claims to enter your information in the fields of choice. Some fields will be automatically calculated. After you have completed the form, press the print icon located at the bottom to print. This will also reset the form. If you do not use this button to print or reset the form, your information will appear to the next user of the form. Send the form in as usual. If you experience problems using the on-line form, please email the Auditor's Office by using this link: Form 17, 101 & W9 Substitute
